Our websites and mobile applications contain, among other things, information regarding various events held by ourselves as well as other third parties (the “Event Content”). This Event Content that we provide is intended for informational purposes. By sharing this Event Content, we enable you to inquire about the various services and events promoted or held by Company and third parties. We may also provide links for you to purchase tickets through third party ticketing services, some of which may be operated by a third party, not Company.

Your use of these features or services provided by third parties, including third party links to other websites on the Internet, are not governed by these Terms of Use. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of, or any content located on or through, any third party site or service, or any use of your information by those third parties. You further acknowledge that any reliance on representations and warranties provided by any party other than Company will be at your own risk. You expressly agree to hold us harmless for any claims of damage arising from any content, product or service provided by any third party or use of your information by those third parties. Description of Service

Our websites and mobile applications primarily provide information about our various events and other content and events by third parties that we think will be of interest to you. Our website and mobile applications from time to time also contain information and other content about events promoted or hosted by third parties. Use of our products, software, services, websites, and mobile applications by our visitors and users (collectively, “You” or “Your”) is subject to these Terms of Use and form a binding agreement between You and us. Please review the following Terms of Use carefully. Each time You access the websites, mobile applications, or services, You are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use. If You do not agree to all of these Terms of Use, we are unwilling to grant You access, and You must cease access to our products, software, services, events, websites, and mobile applications immediately.

Terms for Events (also referred to as “Experiences” or “Collective”)

Payment Terms

We require a 500 Euros or GBP non-refundable deposit when reserving an Experience or a Collective.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you cancel your attendance at an ICBRKR event at least three (3) months prior to the start of the event, we will refund you the ticket price less the 500 Euro or GBP non-refundable deposit. If you cancel your event attendance two (2) months prior to the start of the event, we will give you a credit towards a future ICBRKR event. The amount of credit will be the event price paid less the 500 Euro or GBP non-refundable deposit. No other refunds will be provided. If you cancel your event attendance 45 days prior to the start of the event, no refund will be provided.

• Ask for consent: the affirmative, conscious, and voluntary agreement to engage in any physical contact

• Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. We take this very seriously and will immediately remove anyone who displays verbal harassment, sexual harassment, or otherwise.

• Do not drink excessive amounts of alcohol

• All participants, including invitees' guests, must be approved by ICBRKR team

• We reserve the right to remove attendees

Attendee Conduct at Events

• We reserve the right to remove anyone who disobeys any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of an event.

• You must ask for and receive consent before engaging in physical contact. We define consent as the asking of and receiving an affirmative, conscious, and voluntary agreement to engage in a physical contact.

• You must not defame, abuse, harass (as defined below), harm or threaten others, make any bigoted, hateful, or racially offensive statements. If you are subject to any such behavior, please report it by sending an email to info@icbrkr.com.

• You may not advocate illegal activity or discuss illegal activities with the intent to commit them or cause injury or property damage to any person. You may not post or distribute any material that infringes and/or violates any right of a third party or any law or post or distribute any vulgar, obscene, discourteous, or indecent language or images.

• You may not drink alcohol excessively.

• If we deem any online, social networking, or other media reference post, article, photo or video regarding an event or use of our websites or mobile applications as inappropriate, the offender is required to take down the material immediately upon our request for removal.

• All attendees, including attendees’ guests, must be approved by ICBRKR.

• Without limitation of the foregoing, ICBRKR may, in its sole and absolute discretion, remove You or any other attendee from an event, our websites and mobiles applications, or from any other activity, without explanation, either before or during an event, if such attendee engages in any unlawful, unauthorized, prohibited, improper, or unethical activities, including excessive consumption of alcohol, or any other acts or omissions that we deem worthy of Your removal. In the event you are removed, we will not provide a refund for the event, activity, or website and mobile application access, as applicable.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

Verbal comments that reinforce social structures of domination related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, and/or religion

Sexual images in public spaces

Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following

Harassing photography or recording

Sustained disruption of talks or other events

Inappropriate physical contact

Unwelcome sexual attention

Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behaviour

Changes to These Terms of Use

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. All such changes will take effect once they have been posted on the websites or mobile applications and You will be deemed to have accepted any such changes by Your use of our website or mobile application after such time.
